I’m not sorry to be the one to tell you this...

Stop saying “I’m sorry!”

We all know we do it, and yet we can’t stop.

We apologize for taking up space, for speaking our minds, for simply being ourselves. We say “I’m sorry” to keep the peace or seek approval, but deep down, it chips away at our confidence.

For many survivors low self-esteem, social anxiety, and low self worth are common symptoms in the aftermath of trauma. And the habit of constantly apologizing often becomes second nature. We feel weakened by the constant stress we are under, and as a result we often make ourselves smaller because we don’t want to be a burden to others.

The signs are clear: feeling tense in social settings, doubting your every word, needing validation just to feel “ barely good enough.” If you’ve ever felt like you're hiding parts of yourself just to be accepted, or you find yourself overthinking every move, you might be stuck in the Sorry’s

You’re not alone—and it’s completely possible to break free.

Survivor School is bringing in an expert to help u break-up with the Sorry’s.
