About the Workshop:

We can all agree that the goal is to have less stress and more progress, however it seems like the harder you try to get more done, the more stressed you become. Distractions lead to exhaustion, which is a slippery slope to burnout, and giving up on your dreams of bringing your message to the world. 

 

The problem is that we think that we need to be more, have more, or be doing more in order to break this downward cycle, we believe that it’s us, that we aren’t good enough, smart enough, focused enough, brave enough, motivated enough; but the real problem is that you have all of these qualities, you just don't have access to them, in your brain. This can feel like when you try to get more done, it’s like your mind goes blank, you become frustrated, and you feel like you are stuck behind an invisible barrier that you just can’t seem to get past. 

 

The truth is that your brain is your greatest asset. Your brain ( aka your subconscious ) can process upwards of 11 million bits of information per second, ( think speed of light)  while your conscious mind can handle about 40 -50 bits per second ( think bicycle).  Which is why, when you are trying to do something big it feels like you are trying to ride your bicycle to the moon, when what you really need is a rocket ship, with warp speed!
